2022 wasn’t the Laker’s Year

Boy I wish the pundits weren't right about this one. A team of Hall of Famers that did prove to be too old.

After game interviews just don't seem to have any urgency and now the players and coach seem to be resigned to the season ending with no play-in for the Lakers.

Injuries happened way too often, and recovery of the stars from their injuries lasted way too short of a time!

In my opinion the rebuild should not include trading LeBron or Anthony Davis. Maybe the Lakers front office can bundle something together to get younger existing NBA talent. But maybe that option is not available. Too bad they didn't just run-it-back with that 2020 Championship team. Sometimes change can go backwards.
